Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role involves building relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to promote Novastar Prep's tutoring services and foster collaborative opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the K-12 education space, be sales-oriented, creative, and excel at communication and relationship-building.

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility for the right candidate. While remote work is possible, preference will be given to applicants based in Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to promote Novastar Prep's services.
• Identify and create opportunities for fundraising, sponsorships, and event participation.
• Attend PTA meetings to engage with parents and educators, promoting Novastar Prep's services and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
• Organize and sponsor lunches, breakfasts, and appreciation events for schools and teachers to build goodwill and foster strong partnerships.
• Develop and manage a database of contacts, including emails, phone numbers, and outreach records.
• Proactively engage with schools to anticipate and participate in events, such as sponsoring breakfasts or other initiatives.
• Design and execute creative marketing campaigns tailored to schools and student populations.
• Act as the primary liaison for schools and organizations, ensuring Novastar Prep becomes their preferred tutoring provider.
• Stay informed on trends and opportunities in the K-12 education sector to align outreach efforts with community needs.
• Attend 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in outreach, sales, or community engagement, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of the K-12 education system and student needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident and persuasive in presentations.
• Outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data management tools and CRM systems.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time: $50,000 annually, including health insurance and retirement plan options.
• Part-Time: $23 per hour, offering flexible working hours.
